Ingredients
8 oz Crumbled Tofu
1 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cub Shredded Carrots
6 White Button Mushrooms, cleaned and crumbled
1 tsp Soy Sauce or Tamari
1 - 2 tsp olive oil
Italian Cooking
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Form into balls and fry in hot oil or bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Serve with marinara on top of pasta.
