Ingredients
2 garlic cloves
8 slices of Ciabatta
16 basil leaves (shredded) (I recommend fresh)
4 sun-dried tomatoes
10oz cherry tomatoes
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper

The steps for preparing this great italian recipe are fairly simple. Its quick and easy, and the whole family will love it!
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into strips. The thin strips increase the flavor.
- Place the cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes in a medium bowl. Add the olive oil and shredded basil and toss to mix well, coating evenly.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and toss well. Season with the salt and pepper to taste.
- Lightly toast the ciabatta while cutting the garlic cloves in half.
- Rub the garlic's cut side over both sides of the bread. Top the bread with the tomatoe mixture and serve immediately.
