This is a fantastic Italian Recipe that is easy to make and quick to clean up. It's a simple addition to regular spaghetti that can spice up your regular old meal. This Italian Recipe is also great because it only takes a few, common extra ingredients.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked spaghetti (lightly sauced)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup grated romano or parmesan
1/4 cup chopped parsley and basil (exact amount to taste)
pinch of salt / pepper (to taste)
Italian Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and add onions. Saute until onions are lightly browned.
- Whisk together milk, eggs and egg whites in a bowl. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Add the mixture to the fried onions and cook for about 5 minutes on medium-high heat to brown the bottom.
- Put a plate over the frying pan and flip it upside down. Slide the pizza pasta into the frying pan with a bit more oil to brown the other side.
- Serve and enjoy!
